Google sign-in

Vristy requests Google identity, profile and email permissions to verify your sign-in. It stores your Google account identifier and display name to recognize your account and show your name in conversations. When Google verifies an eligible Gmail or Google Workspace address, Vristy also stores that email address, the Workspace domain when provided, and when it was verified to check circle invitations. Google may return other profile fields, including a profile picture, in its sign-in response; Vristy does not save or use that picture as your avatar. Vristy also processes sign-in verification information and keeps account, session and security records. Vristy does not receive your Google password. Signing in alone does not connect your Google Calendar, Drive, Contacts or Tasks; those connections require separate authorization, and AI access and sharing require separate choices.

Data and processing

Vristy uses third-party AI services for VI. When VI is used, your request, saved preferences, private circle instructions and eligible recent conversation context may be sent to those services. Other participants may also use VI with shared messages they can see. Private instructions and exchanges are not shown to other circle members. When search is enabled, external search providers process lookup queries; web links open outside Vristy; conversation source links stay within your authorized circle. Provider retention follows their own policies, and deletion here does not guarantee immediate deletion from their records. Vristy does not claim end-to-end encryption.

AI responses & responsibility

Third-party AI responses may contain errors, miss context or be out of date. Check important information before relying on them. Vristy does not guarantee their accuracy and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for AI-generated responses or decisions made in reliance on them. This does not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Saved data

Vristy keeps encrypted device copies of previously opened conversations for up to 24 hours of inactivity, within their original expiry and sign-in lifetime. It checks current access before restoring saved messages. Signing out clears these copies; unsent text stays only in this tab. Saved preferences remain until you update or clear them; private circle instructions also end when you leave or are removed. Private Chat+ requests, results and drafts expire within seven days of creation; discarding does not extend that time. Task text expires within seven days after completion, Stop, expiry or failure. Settled usage detail is retained for 90 days; cumulative accounting and unresolved charges remain. Access revocation or deletion may remove private data earlier. Shared messages follow circle visibility and deletion rules. In this pilot, each message disappears 45 days after server acceptance; scrolling covers all authorized messages within that window. A newer reply keeps its own deadline, with an expired original shown without content. Earlier deletion and access loss still apply. Expired messages cannot be restored. Automatic cleanup normally follows within an hour; storage pages are reclaimed for reuse, without a guarantee of immediate secure erasure. Conversation content is encrypted when saved. Vristy and authorized AI processing can read it; this is not end-to-end encryption. Accounts, circles and required accounting remain. There is one database Volume and no standby or independent backup: permanent Volume loss can irreversibly lose all database data.

Blocking & reporting

Blocking hides incoming content from that person for you and stops affected VI work. It does not remove them from shared circles or hide your shared posts from them. Reporting sends the operator a report for review; it does not automatically remove anyone. These safety controls also apply to owners. Unblocking does not restart tasks or restore pre-join history.

Account assistance or deletion

Contact the operator: bragpicks@gmail.com. Include your account contact and request; never passwords, tokens or unrelated conversation. Ownership must be verified before any account action.

The operator verifies ownership and explains any proposed action and retained shared or accounting data before acting. If ownership cannot be verified, account facts cannot be disclosed or restored. The current app has one owner per circle and no ownership-transfer control. Delete your own account from Account settings → Delete account and explicitly confirm DELETE. Local account access and private information are removed even if Google revocation fails; original shared history and required content-free audience/accounting records can remain. Contacting support does not delete an account or circle.
